I am a compassionate, caring, loving and nurturing intuitive woman with a deep understanding of tantric practices,energy work, body work, emotional clearing, personal development and shamanic journeying.

For Men

For men I offer a nurturing and loving space to explore what it means to be fully present in your body. Where there is nothing to do, nothing to strive for nothing to prove. Cultivating sexual integrity, connection and confidence within yourself. As a result in your relating with women. Boosting your attraction factor. Leaving with a deeper understanding of what it means to be connected to your heart, body, mind and Spirit.

I tailor each session to suit your specific needs. We will begin by discussing what brought you to explore tantra and how I can best be of service. We will explore various connection exercises,  massage and simple breathing techniques together bringing you into a completely relaxed state. We may then move onto some more advanced tantric practices  from the Tao tradition of tantra. This will depend on what your specific needs are.

Prostate Massage

The prostate is a walnut sized, semen storing gland, located at the root of the penis, just below the bladder. When the prostate is massaged, stagnant semen is released and voila ... the prostate is cleansed. When ignored, as is often the case, semen becomes stagnant in the prostate, creating a build-up of bacteria which can cause swelling.

Regular prostate massage reduces the risks of prostatitis, prostate cancer, genital pain, symptoms of erectile dysfunction and frequent nighttime urination. In addition, it improves overall erectile function and increases seminal fluid and circulation. I have a great passion for women’s work and reconnecting or connecting, in many cases, to our sensual orgasmic nature. Having come from a background of sexual abuse and being shut down myself, I’ve had to learn my way forward and open my body to pleasure. I share with you many of these simple practices that have assisted in my own awakening.

Tantric massage for women is a way to learn how to open to our feminine orgasmic nature, as well as, healing old traumas. Incorporating slow sensual touch, breathing, sounding, following your body’s lead and taking our time. You will be reconnected with your breasts and womb in a positive, nurturing, healing way.  What is Yoni Massage ?  

Yoni (yo-nee) is the Sanskrit word for the vagina. Literally meaning “sacred space or temple”. In Tantra, the vagina is the worshipped sacred part of the female body, which must be treated with care and respect. The Yoni massage is a sensuous form of bodywork. Connecting the receiver to their inner sensual nature resulting in a feeling of complete well-being, satisfaction, and contentment.

 Although the Yoni massage can be extremely stimulating, the purpose is not to bring the woman to orgasm. Rather, it is to relax the receiver that may bring emotions to the surface so that she is free to express her natural, powerful, sensual nature. The experiences and feelings that a woman may have during the Yoni massage can be very different, ranging from anger, lust, sadness, or even indifference. Everything is possible and everything is allowed. The Yoni massage is not about focusing on a special kind of feeling or fulfilling a particular expectation. The idea is simply to witness the receiver and to honour and respect her feminine nature.

 Yoni massage can be a very powerfully healing experience. Integrating and healing any past issues of sexual traumas, guilt or shame held in the walls of the yoni, that may be causing numbness. Also allowing for the yoni to become more sensitive and orgasmic. Opening to more pleasure.

 Yoni massage is something that is discussed and agreed upon beforehand. I take the upmost care and follow your body’s lead and personal needs. It is not an essential part for the body’s healing or orgasm to be experienced. There are many ways for this to happen. Yoni massage is your choice; you can relax, knowing you are totally safe and that your boundaries will be honoured at all times. Pleasure is a beautiful way to heal and come home to your body.

Tara also has a great passion working with couples, creating a sacred, safe, fun environment for you both to enjoy new ways of discovering each other. In life everything becomes a habit from the way we eat, make our bed, fold the laundry, to the way we make love. It is also full of assumptions and unspoken or undiscovered desires. We are not taught how to fully surrender and trust our body’s capacity for pleasure or often even ask for what we want. We can often get stuck in a routine with our partners. Tantric coaching sessions for couples offer easy and fun ways to explore and rediscover each other.

Reawaken your sensual life together….or take it to the next level, learn new ways of being together, including the joys of magic and conscious loving touch. A very safe sacred space will be created to both learn and experience conscious loving touch, new ways to communicate and connect, using your breath and fun ways to explore and discover new things about each other. In a tantric massage couples sessions there is no goal to reach and no right way to feel. Learn how to deepen in your intimacy together honouring every step of the way.
